We warmly welcome new members to our band—a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for traditional Scottish music. Whether you’re an experienced player or someone eager to learn the bagpipes or drums, we’d be delighted to have you join us. All skill levels are welcome, and we offer tuition for beginners as part of our commitment to supporting new talent.

Membership is just £6 per month, which includes all tuition. Every contribution goes directly into The Hampshire Caledonian Pipe Band fund, helping to cover essential costs such as hall hire, uniforms, and equipment.

Competition

Hampshire Caledonian Pipe Band have made the exciting decision to compete!

We have made a successful start to the competition season, as the band secured 1st Place in a MSR (March, Strathspey & Reel) Quartet competition and 2nd Place in the Mini Band March event, at our first competition, and earning 1st Place in the MSR Quartet competition and adding a 3rd Place in the March Quartet competition at our second competition!

We are continuing to recruite experienced pipers and drummers to strength our ranks and take our band to the next level and beyond!

Our competition band practice at Trafalgar School, on Tuesdays, from 7pm.
