Hampshire Caledonian Pipe Band is delighted to announce an exceptional debut in this years competition season, achieving remarkable results in the band’s very first competitive appearances.
The band travelled to The Gordon’s School, where members delivered impressive performances across multiple events. The band secured 1st Place in the MSR (March, Strathspey & Reel) Quartet competition and 2nd Place in the Mini Band March event, marking an outstanding start to their competitive journey.
Building on this early success, the band continued their winning form at the Jim McGinn competition, earning 1st Place in the MSR Quartet competition for a second consecutive event and adding a 3rd Place finish in the March Quartet competition to their growing list of achievements.
These results are a testament to the hard work, dedication, and commitment shown by all band members. To achieve multiple trophies in the band’s inaugural competition season is an incredible accomplishment and highlights the talent and potential within Hampshire Caledonian Pipe Band.
We would like to thank everyone who has supported the competition band throughout its formation and development. The encouragement from families, friends, and the wider piping community has played an important role in helping the band reach this milestone.
With such a successful start to competitive piping, Hampshire Caledonian Pipe Band looks forward to building on these achievements and representing Hampshire proudly at future competitions throughout the season.
